Todd Bateman is the founder and Managing Principal at i.s.a. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate focused on the data center space. Prior to launching i.s.a., Todd created and led Investor Services platforms at CBRE, Newmark Knight Frank and GVA. These Investor Services offerings have all been focused exclusively on the needs of owners, operators and investors in the data center space. During his career, he has been involved in projects valued at nearly $9 billion located across six continents, in every major data center market on the globe. Todd has lived and worked in London, Washington, D.C. and Chicago, IL where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters.
Todd is a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Illinois.
Dan Curry
Dan is a Principal at i.s.a., and helps lead the i.s.a. team. Dan’s work adds value to i.s.a.’s clients through increased market intelligence, strategic advice on investment decisions and transactions, and increased awareness of the client’s offering within the market.
Dan has developed long-term industry relationships and a deep understanding of the data center market through his time leading Investor Services work on CBRE’s Data Center Solutions team and as the leader of the Midwest market at ViaWest. Dan is based in Minneapolis where he lives with his wife.

Jason Miller
Jason is a Senior Associate at i.s.a. Jason joined the i.s.a. team with a focus on business development and consulting. He concentrates on strategic market intelligence, marketing solutions, business development, and data center market conditions across all the major US data center markets. Jason graduated from DePauw University in May of 2020 where he was a member and captain of the DePauw Men’s Golf team. He currently resides in Chicago, IL.
